What we collect

If you use the call-back form we receive what you type into it:

If you call, email or book a consultation, we receive the details you give us in that call, email or booking.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and to hold the free consultation you have asked for. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

The legal basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work.

Who handles it

If your enquiry becomes a legal matter, your details are passed to Nexa Law Limited, through which Femi Ogunshakin practises as a solicitor, and Nexa Law's own privacy notice then applies to the work on your matter.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are deleted within twelve months. If you instruct us, your details are kept for as long as the matter and our professional obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to our using them. Email femi@loftusstowe.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
